Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Implementation:
- Conduct regular school visits to provide on-site support and monitor progress.
- Facilitate demonstration classes and classroom observations to support teachers.
- Establish and maintain a telephonic review system to create active teacher learning communities.
2. Program Planning and Teacher Training:
- Support the planning and execution of Teacher Training session in cluster schools identified across all districts of the state.
- Conduct Teacher Trainings for up to 180 days a year.
- Contribute to content and material development, including lesson plans and teacher reference guides.
3. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of field activities and training sessions.
- Prepare and share review reports and updates with internal teams and government stakeholders.
4. Relationship Management
- Build and sustain strong relationships with school, cluster, block, and district-level government officials in education and administration.
- Provide regular program updates and represent Sampark Foundation at review meetings and forums.
5. Content and Media
- Capture field stories, photos, and updates for internal communication and social media platforms.
