Finding Direction

“Mein Mamta hu aur mujhe aeroplane udana hai” says a little girl of 10. It amazes me to see children who are so young yet so firm about what they want. “Didi ye Papua New Guinea kaha hai?”, she asks while sketching out a world map one day. Her curiosity just astonishes me.

Mamta comes from a town where educating girls is not considered a priority. When she hears about a place, she would make sure that she knows everything about it. What language do the people speak, about the historical places, everything.

I want to bring a change in Mamta’s life and life of a lot of girls whose dreams are buried from the time they are born. I want to help these children to get closer to their dreams.
