How Using Engaging Education Methods can Address Dropout Rates in Rural Schools
According to 2021 data, 65 per cent of the population in India lives in rural areas. Out of this population, around 3.22 crore kids aged 6-17 are out of school. Due to being in rural areas, 65 per cent of the population is regularly overlooked in spheres of development, including education. This arises due to remoteness, lack of accessible infrastructure, unfavourable belief systems among various other reasons.
